    Responsibilities:

    • Keep accurate documentation and records
    • Implement an Emergent Curriculum
    • Support children's overall well-being and development
    • Maintain attendance and ensure health and safety standards
    • Collaborate with professionals like Speech Therapists and Occupational Therapists
    • Assist children during classroom transitions
    • Participate actively in team meetings and workshops

    Skills required:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Proficient in computer systems for documentation and operations
    • Great team player and collaborator
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Initiative-taker in all aspects

    Qualifications:

    • British Columbia ECE/IT License
    • Clear Criminal Record Check
    • Valid First Aid and CPR certification
    • Up-to-date immunizations
    • Ability to handle up to 45 pounds
