    Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner


    The role of the Senior Human Resources Generalist will be to oversee and manage various aspects of Human Resources including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, talent management, and payroll processing. The selected candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives.



    Required Skills & Qualifications:



    • Proven experience in recruitment processes including interviewing and selection techniques,
      broad knowledge of training methodologies,
      unbiased perspective when dealing with human resources.
      The chosen candidate should have excellent analytical skills.
