Are you looking for a full/part-time role in sales? Are you a results-driven and hardworking individual?

In this role you will be working diligently to qualify leads over phone & text and convert them into qualified appointments.

You will also be prospecting from our massive database of warm and hot leads.

Typical Day and Duties

- speed to lead matters

Diligently qualify, then convert qualified leads to appointments.
Meet and exceed conversion targets set by Sales Leadership.
Managing your activities through CRM Systems
Following up with leads as required.
Engage in team discussions and social media, gaining and sharing valuable information

Required Qualifications and Experience

2+ years in an inside sales role. Call centre sales experience would be considered an asset
Provide a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Need to be agile and have the ability to adapt to a changing environment we are constantly innovating
Goal oriented and driven to succeed
Exhibit a strong phone presence with superior communication and organization skills
Excited to work with an award winning sales force that appreciates the importance of developing a healthy culture
High energy, selfmotivated leader who is eager to connect with clients and prospects
Optimistic and enthusiastic attitude
Good knowledge of lead qualification and adapting to diverse consumers and clients
Passionate about service quality
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and efficiently prioritize time
Ability to work independently
Any other language will be considered an asset.
