Position Responsibilities

Guide all aspects of daytoday warehouse operations encompassing inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of 300+ warehouse employees, ensuring unparalleled customer service and sameday shipping.
Uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in the daily functions of a wellstructured, highperforming warehouse environment.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree
preferred.
10+ years of handson management experience in 100,000+ squarefoot distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 200+ employee team.
Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is
a plus.
