Description
Mackie Moving Systems is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator for our Specialized Products division.


Responsibilities:


  • Interacts with customers regarding processing orders, status checks, billing adjustments, POD requests
  • Inputs daily updates from BOL, 3rd party invoices
  • Ensures all paperwork is prepared to support accurate invoicing that all appropriate systems are updated
  • Prepares accurate paperwork to support credit and rebill process
  • Complete billings based on the contracted rates
  • Provides knowledgeable assistance for wide number of products and customer situations
  • Build and maintain Third Party relations with Agents, Vendors and Suppliers
  • Communicates effectively with individuals/teams to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests
  • Troubleshoots, researches, and analyzes customer problems related to their account.
  • Maintains broad knowledge of products, pricing, procedures, and other important issues through management communications, meetings, and formal training.
  • Handles contacts through various mediums including receiving inbound and or placing outbound calls as required.
  • Evaluates need for call escalation and forwards problem type calls to designated coworker and/or supervisor for resolution or more detailed information.
  • Contacts internal coworker and/or supervisor to obtain clarification or detail for responding to some questions.
  • Provides coverage for customer's month, quarter, and year end requirements.
  • Performs other duties as required

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma
  • Minimum two years relevant experience
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
  • Flexible, teamoriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Transportation experience would be an asset
