    Job Description

    The Law Clerk plays a pivotal role in the Legal Department, ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations and internal policies. The incumbent is responsible for providing corporate secretarial support to boards of securities regulated subsidiaries and independent review committees. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing required documentation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.


    The Law Clerk contributes to the overall success of the Legal Department by executing specific individual goals, plans, initiatives in support of business strategies and objectives. This involves working closely with executive management, directors, regulators, auditors, and other Bank departments as necessary.


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Scheduling meetings and organizing agendas

    • Preparing meeting minutes and resolutions
