Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and establish longterm relations with both individual and business clients.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, products, and technologies.
Translate techspeak into plain English for clients unfamiliar with tech jargon.
Drive sales targets for retail and B2B segments.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
Perform product demonstrations and showcase unique features effectively.

Qualifications:

Previous 3 years' experience in retail or sales (preferably in technology or related field).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Must be passionate about technology and gadgets.
Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays.

Bonus Points For:

Prior B2B sales experience
