ROLE DESCRIPTION:


Reporting to the Box Office Manager, the Ticketing Lead assists in the effective and efficient delivery of the ticketing operations for customers and venues it serves.


Assist the Box Office team in maintaining superior customer service with guests, premium seating clients, ticket outlets, regional clients and Events East Group departments and ensuring supervision of staff and ticketing operations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide a superior level of customer service as demonstrated by professionalism, integrity and honesty.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling customer information and ticket master database.
  • Manage events including box office related promoter and team requests, ticket hold management, customer issues, staff assistance.
  • Responsible for event night cash float and review of staff balance reports.
  • Process bulk ticket orders
  • Assist with ticketing requirements for tenants and Premium Seating.
  • Assist with new employee training and integration.
  • Assist in the day to day operation of the box office, including window and phone sales.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Grade 12 education or equivalent
  • Experience in ticketing or event operations.
  • Customer service experience with strong customer service skills
  • Experience with cash balancing, debit terminals, problem solving
