The Civil Land Development Technologist II plays a key role in reviewing and approving new subdivisions and development across Cochrane.You'll evaluate engineering submissions for Subdivision applications and Development Permits, oversee the CCC and FAC processes, work closely with internal teams, developers, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects meet municipal standards.
