Job Description:

Your Team


Reporting to the Sales & Project Analyst, the Sales Coordinator, Land, plays a pivotal role to provide administrative and support functions to the Communities Sales & HOA teams.

The Sales Coordinator collaborates significantly and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the Communities team in achieving its objectives.

Your Key Deliverables- Overseeing sales administration and ensuring accuracy with all sales agreements- Process lot purchase requests, activate lot sales and send contracts to the builders- Receive agreements and collect signatures- Work with Alanna to ensure funds were collected and transfer packages are sent so sales can be booked- Work with accounting for Internal payments and import lot deposit & signed PSAs into LMS when received- Book sales weekly and enter XDF's weekly- Prep monthly audit files for booked sales, collect appropriate approvals- Support Sales & Project Analyst with monthly sales & market reporting (Including but not limited to segmentation, permits, flash reports, pricing and others as required)- Support Chinook Gate HOA Annual Fees (invoicing, collections, statements) Respond to lawyer requests for re-sales, enter re-sales in QB- Seton, Chinook Gate, & Rockland Park AGM's - packages, mailing, meeting management- Manage and maintain the active user database and organize access permissions as needed- Set up new phases; prepare lot import spreadsheets, pricing spreadsheet uploads, collect LMS files, and maintain active phases as required- Ensure Lotworks and Marketing are updated with new LMS files for every new phase

Must Haves- 2 to 5 years customer service experience along with a diploma or certificate in Business Administration- Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy skills- Strong organizational skills- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment- Exemplary task and time management skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Outlook & Excel
