Description
Responsibilities:
- Pick up office calls like customers, insurance and parts
- Make car and truck damage Invoices on mitchell and quickbook
- Order parts and paint
- Do some bookkeeping
Requirements:
- Proven experience of up to one year in a autobody shop office
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts
- Proficient in talking with customers
- Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Schedule:
9:00-6:00
