This role, reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, involves receiving, preparing, and delivering medications accurately and promptly. You will be responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels, counseling patients, and providing excellent customer service.

What you'll do:

• Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and promptly
• Ensure medication and supplement inventory levels meet patient needs
• Counsel patients on new medications with a positive interaction
• Raise awareness and educate customers through public relations activities
• Provide timely resolutions to patient and doctor requests
• Review and manage costs within the pharmacy
• Conduct ongoing training for pharmacy colleagues

What you'll need:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license
• Strong customer relations and professionalism
• Leadership and performance management skills
• Ability to build business using community-based marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Personal computing skills and knowledge of HealthWatch Pharmacy Computer system
