Apprentice Production Airbrush Artist

Big Buzz Designs is a custom design and fabrication company specializing in the creation of three-dimensional props for themed interior and exterior environments.

We are currently looking to hire an apprentice airbrush artist to paint props and murals for waterparks and indoor playgrounds.

This is a manufacturing position and tasks will include prep work, sanding/filling/degreasing/priming/cleaning of equipment and shop. When there is time between airbrush projects then you will be asked to work in the sculpting department.

Applicants should posses the following traits:

Understanding of how to draw and shade basic shapes
Able to take direction well
Able to lift 60 lbs
Prepared to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
Must be a team player
A professional attitude

The chosen applicant will start at $15.65/HR while learning to confidently use an airbrush.

Interested applicants please send samples of your drawings (sketchbook drawings, or paintings etc).

This will be a full-time position. Hours will be Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
