    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Write code, test and debug programs, integrate applications with CI/CD experience.
    • Write unit/integration tests, contribute to engineering boards, provide detailed documentation.
    • Formulate, design, develop, test, and deliver data technology solutions focusing on speed and code quality.
    • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, SMEs, and project managers to develop user stories, estimates, and work plans.
    • Advise business clients and IT management on technology capabilities, recommend strategies for maximizing benefits of new technologies.
    • Learn, design, and build modern Data Pipelines/Streams and Data Service APIs for data migration.
    • Utilize infrastructure as code templates and Terraform.
    • Develop a deep understanding of product features for DR/BCP options and their role in the application architecture.
    • Create design/architecture patterns covering HA and DR/BCP.
    • Ensure that all cloud solutions adhere to defined security and compliance controls.
    • Implement enterprise cloud capability, enhance cloud orchestration platform for automated provisioning, management, and scalability.
    • Understand security features within Google Cloud.

    Skills and Experience Required:

    • Required:
    • 5+ years of Python experience, including Python 3.x.x, and understanding of other high-level programming languages.
    • 3+ years of experience in platform orchestration code with CI/CD pipeline knowledge, docker, and container orchestration.
    • Experience in developing seamless/automated build scripts for release management.
    • Working knowledge of orchestration and configuration management systems like SaltStack, Ansible, or Puppet.
    • Proficiency in writing scripts to automate operational tasks.
    • Experience with automating and integrating Google Data PaaS solutions and Containers.
    • Ability to troubleshoot application connectivity/access to Google data products.
    • Basic understanding of cloud automation using native Google CLI.
    • Desired:
    • Experience in managing CI/CD pipelines and various automation aspects.
