JOB DESCRIPTION:

Andy's Auto Center is currently seeking an experienced Technician to join our team. We are a an established auto repair company of 30 years. Our shop is set up to includ working on motorhomes and larger vehicles.

In addition, this job offers an exciting opportunity to learn and work on performance vehicles. We have an on site chassis dyno, high performance fabrication and performance parts installation._


Permanent Full-Time Position:
Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (Hours flexible if needed) - Statutory Holidays off

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have 3 years automotive or high performance experience
• Passion for diagnostics would be an asset
• Have welldeveloped abilities to converse with service staff in an effective manner
• Selfmotivated and a positive force within our team
• Must have initiative, drive and an attitude to achieve service targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
• Computer skills are an asset

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):

• Provide excellent quality service of all mechanical and electrical repairs
• Must display attention to detail
• Must have the ability to perform complex electrical and mechanical diagnosing
• Provide the best quality service to all customers
• Review work orders and discuss work with Shop Supervisor
• Inspect motor in operation, road test motor vehicle, and test automotive systems and components using computerized diagnostic and other testing devices to diagnose and isolate faults
• Repair or replace mechanical units or components using hand and or power tools

$32.00-$34.00 per hour
