    Responsibilities:

     Facilitate discovery workshops to gain client business concepts, requirements, and alignment
    • Define goals and create/convey the vision for projects while aligning with client business objectives which translates to a roadmap for execution
    • Own the product backlog by working continuously with our clients to drive prioritization and identify dependencies that drive the development sequence
    • Effectively negotiate priority of our client's needs across our portfolio of work
    • Oversee development stages by planning, refining, and reviewing all items in the sprint
    • Learn the client's business processes and anticipate their needs
    • Act as primary liaison and facilitate "buy-in" from stakeholders on all major decisions and strategy resulting in clear instructions and deliverables for developers
    Required Qualifications: 5-7 years of ServiceNow experience including ServiceNow Administrator certification
    • Experience as a business analyst or systems analyst supporting the implementation and on-going administrative support for ServiceNow Modules 3-5 years of people and client management experience in a consultative environment 3 years of experience with Agile methods such as Scrum and SAFe
    • Significant business analysis or systems analysis experience working in both the business and IT environment
    • Significant professional experience as a business analyst for an enterprise ITIL/ITSM platform
    • Experience defining business problems, creating business strategies, or identifying business opportunities
    • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and development methodology
    • Knowledge of and experience with ITIL/ITSM principles and concepts
    Preferred Qualifications: ITIL Foundation Certification
    • Knowledge of project management and business analysis methodology and software
    • Familiarity with complementary IT service management frameworks, such as project management, business analysis, LeanIT, COBIT, DevOps, and Cloud ComputingAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.

    As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.


    Compensation Range:
    $93,000 - $157,500Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
