Opportunity

AIMCo's Information Technology team is seeking a Co-op Student to assist with projects designed to improve processes at AIMCo while challenging the student's analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with IT Services daytoday operations which involves dealing with handson Information Technology problems
Assisting with the 2016 Evergreen project including planning and deployment strategies
IT asset tracking and inventory management
Installing, configuring and upgrading operating systems and software
Working with other Business Technology groups during knowledge transfer sessions to help position Business Technology to more effectively deal with the requirements of the business
Embraces accountability, enhanced decision making and integrity to deliver on our cultural commitment of Doing Business the Right Way
Undergraduate student enrolled in Technology, Business or a related field
Enrolled in a work experience/ internship program
Previous experience in a Customer Service role is advantageous
In depth knowledge of computer hardware
Understanding of Active Directory
Experience with a ticketing system
Experience in an IT support role and considered an asset
