The position of Quotations Coordinator will be responsible for the initial set up of commercial and residential plumbing fixtures quotation project files.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between Sales Representatives, Order Desk, and Customers to complete project quotation.
- Ensure all quotation requests are accompanied with relevant documentation (i.e. proper project name, closing date, specifications )
- Use multiple sources including vendors and the web to source product/vendor quotes.
- Log first time in quotes using ProQuote and set up corresponding project files.
- Confirming RFQs are not already logged in by another Noble branch.
- Review pretender addendums to address any changes with customers and within the department.
- Consistently follow up on quotations for status report and documents for department.
- Review specifications and obtain products and pricing through various vendors.
- Source and obtain nonstock products.
- Recognize any project quotations that include HVAC specs and coordinate with HVAC department to ensure quotations of all relevant HVAC product.
- Requoting after project is awarded, preparing shop drawings, working with client to order and release material as required.
- Cutting PO's to vendors, staging deliveries to site and daily ordering of PVF as required.
- Various department related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
You Must Have:
- Demonstrated interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills to effectively build a positive relationship with team members, vendors, and customers
- Selfstarter who can take initiative, and has the willingness to learn
- Ability to foster a teamfirst environment that strives for excellence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- An eye for detail, with the ability to work in a fastpaced work environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ProQuote and Trend
- Previous experience and/or plumbing knowledge
