Job Overview
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows across various facilities, ensuring a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial work, facilities maintenance, or commercial cleaning, and possess strong communication and time management skills. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
Duties
- Clean windows of commercial and residential buildings using hand tools, squeegees, and power tools as needed
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks related to window cleaning, including minor repairs or touch-ups
- Utilize heavy lifting techniques to move equipment or supplies safely
- Apply cleaning solutions and techniques to achieve streak-free results
- Use custodial experience to maintain cleanliness in surrounding areas during the cleaning process
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members regarding service needs or issues
- Adhere to safety protocols when working at heights or with power tools
Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance preferred, EXPERIENCE A MUST.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment required, WORKING AT HEIGHTS CIRTIFICATE A MUST
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively, MUST HAVE LADDERS,
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions and environments
- Valid communication skills and a professional attitude are essential for success in this role
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $150.00-$300.00 per day
