Captive Escape Rooms is looking for a Head Office Event Coordinator You will be responsible for organizing and executing events for our customers.

Your role will involve communicating with clients and providing them with an enjoyable and memorable experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Coordinate Logistics:
Plan and coordinate the logistics of escape room events, including location selection and setup.

Client Interaction and Consultation:
Consult with clients to understand their preferences, expectations, and desired difficulty level for the escape room experience.

Booking and Reservation Management:
Handling reservations, scheduling games, and managing customer inquiries are essential tasks.

Team Communication:
Communicate with our team clearly and effectively to ensure they are up to date with planned events

Customer Satisfaction:
Address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event planning, preferably in escape room experiences or similar interactive entertainment activities.
  • Strong creativity, problemsolving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location: 3413 Wolfedale Rd. Unit 6, Mississauga, Ontario

Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

$36,000.00 per year
