Embrace your true self, with the support of Marieve Labonte, Customer Service Supervisor, you will be working in collaboration with the customer service team, the logistic team as well as the vendors of various regions in different time zone. You will manage customer requisitions and rigorously monitor and track inventories.


Your responsibilities:

  • Using various transaction in SAP to create, to track and to monitor purchase orders;
  • Determine lead time for outside suppliers;
  • Create a purchasing information record for new materials;
  • Tracking the progress of the outstanding purchase orders;
  • Sending purchase orders and all pertinent information to the vendor;
  • Update customer service representatives if any delays on orders or with all relevant information to their particular customer,s orders;
  • Investigate any issue regarding pricing if required;
  • Create sale orders for sheets with all the technical specifications;
  • Confirm and provide prod order number;

In order to do so, you must:

  • Be organized, structured and to give importance to details;
  • Have communication skills in order to build relationship amongst stakeholders;
  • Have a collaborative spirit (You'll have to work closely with different teams).

  • A high school diploma, or equivalent;
  • A significant experience in a similar role;
  • Have excellent knowledge of Excel;
  • Have knowledge of SAP/Microsoft knowledge (an asset);
  • Knowledge in the manufacturing environment (an asset);
  • Have supplier management skills;
  • The ability to act and react quickly while handling several issues simultaneously.
