Box Office Supervisor - Vancouver

Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising cashiers handling tickets dealing with customer issues via phone or in person weekly audits managing inventory ordering supplies planning events maintaining records keeping up-to-date on company policies attending meetings participating in training workshops etc. + Ticket processing in-person sales process requests work with Operation Support teams aid them with tasks related but not exclusive to local box office events
What You Need To Know (or Technical Skills)
- Minimum one two years experience in sales customer service oriented role
