Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Windows and Doors Technician / Sales Representative.
In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for both technical installations and sales activities, playing a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain windows and doors in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring highquality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct onsite assessments to evaluate customer needs, measure openings, and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Use hand and power tools to assemble and install windows and doors, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs or replacements as necessary, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively, addressing questions and concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with the work performed.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials used, and time spent on each project.
- Ongoing correspondance with prospective customers to determine required services and provide further information/expertise.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions to secure sales agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other industry professionals to promote our products and services.
Requirements:
- Experience as a windows and doors technician, installer, or similar role.
- Prior sales experience
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and equipment related to window and door installation and repair.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
