Must have at least 3 years boiler and hot water system experience.

Check Boiler pressure, change water filter in ice machine, clean rad's on all coolers 1st and 15th of the month, keep sidewalk clean at all times,, fix all toilets as needed, repair all water leaks, tap, tub, heating etc., repair all electrical such as plugs that do not work, lights, light switches,, repair or patch walls, repair or replace flooring, take care of all housekeeping work requests, keep entire property clean and clear of all debris, keep boiler room clean and organized, keep inventory on all parts used in hotel repairs, (mostly plumbing supplies), bring recycling materials to bottle depot and help unload groceries once a week.

Completion of High School

With 3 to 5 years of experience
