What you'll be doing


You'll be joining the Currency, Capacity & Refresh Team (CCR) as part of Technology Operation Services group in Technology Operations.

Our purpose is to mitigate technology risk by engaging with technology partners to remediate aging infrastructure (hardware & software).

As a Technical Analyst you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the CCR reporting engine which includes: weekly/monthly/quarterly/ad hoc reporting, ongoing reviews of data quality, coordination of annual planning activities, coordination with our DBAs, maintaining the CCR SharePoint Site, participation in audit activities, data governance and records management, and enhancement of reporting capabilities.

How you'll succeed- Reporting - Provide business as usual reporting functions which will consist of designing, augmenting, and maintaining reports for a variety of CCR audiences.- Analytical mindset - Use strong problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to overcome anomalies encountered during data collection, data quality review and report generation.- Communication skills - Communicate well, both written and verbally, with different functional groups and all levels of stakeholders within Technology.


Who you are- You can demonstrate experience in working with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced skills using Excel pivots, macros, tables and charts.

Working experience with MS SQL is a plus.- Knowledge and understanding of various infrastructure platforms and services (e.g. servers, database, middleware, BI)- You're a positive go-getter.
