    Description

    CuBE Packaging Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented Retail Project Manager to play a vital role in achieving sales targets. Success in this role requires interacting with and providing direction to numerous internal support functions including purchasing, finance and accounting, prototyping, design/creative and manufacturing as well as working with third-party vendors and direct customer contact as needed. The Project Manager is responsible for executing the completion of the project at or below estimated costs within the customer approved timeline.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist sales by preparing project estimate/quote information in a format that can be adapted by sales to create an official proposal/quote.
    • Collaborating with internal departments such as production, marketing, and logistics to support sales efforts effectively.
    • Collaborating with external partners and vendors on projects to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Handling various administrative tasks related to sales support, including documentation, reporting, and correspondence.
    • Managing the coordination and distribution of product samples to potential customers

    Requirements

    • 4-year college degree in Business Administration or a related field is required to ensure a strong foundational understanding of retail project management principles and practices.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a sales support or project management role within the CPG manufacturing or packaging industry.
    • Experience collaborating with major US retailers such as Walmart, Kroger, etc., as well as Canadian counterparts like Loblaws.
    • Experience in executing retail promotional initiatives for the above-mentioned retailers.
    • Demonstrated excellence in administrative tasks, strong organizational abilities, and effective time management skills.
    • Proven ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and implement effective solutions to overcome challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach and a track record of success in sales coordination, project management, or customer service roles.
    • The capability to multitask, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
