Job duties:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management and customer service.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Ensure that all store policies, rules, and procedures are being followed and that the store is in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Put in place administrative and financial control mechanisms.
• Hire and train middle managers and other executive personnel.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors and other key stake holders.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions and determine the best strategy for the direction to be taken by the company.
• Represent the company in negotiations or in other interactions with companies or other entities.

Skills requirements:

Required education:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is strongly preferred.

Required work experience:

• 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably grocery business management. o A proven record of accomplishment in managing and growing a retail or grocery business. o Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to analyse sales data and make wellinformed business decisions. o Able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
