Position Description:***- The Operations Clerk fulfills a range of operations and administrative functions within the Finance and Operations Department. They are primarily responsible for ensuring the availability and functionality of supplies and equipment, providing back-up in the finance area and maintain systems for site security. In addition the Operations Clerk collects and posts statistical data, and prepares statistical reports as required.


Qualifications:

Education & Licensing

  • Grade 12 or equivalent program of studies in applied office skills

Skills, Expertise and Experience

  • Minimum of two (2) years' administrative experience
  • Knowledge and experience in office procedures and methods, including office systems and records keeping
  • Knowledge and experience in supply management

  • Proven knowledge and ability in leadership, decisionmaking, setting priorities, problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
