Swim Instructor


Duties:

• Teach swimming lessons to individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
• Develop lesson plans and curriculum to ensure progression and skill development
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for students
• Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and provide feedback for improvement
• Assist with water safety education and awareness
• Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to parents or guardians
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the swimming area

Skills:

• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Experience working with children or students in a teaching or coaching capacity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques for maintaining a positive learning environment

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for swimming and teaching.

If you have experience in cheerleading, childcare, martial arts, basketball, judo, karate, or climbing, it can be an asset in this role.

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
$15.50-$30.00 per hour
