AIM is currently looking for a non-ferrous receiver for its AIM Recyclage Pembroke site.

Under the supervision of the site director, the position holder will be responsible for the general maintenance of the premises.

He must also participate in the smooth running of production, in particular by sorting ferrous and non-ferrous metals. He must work safely by wearing personal protective equipment and respecting safety instructions.

  • Sort different types of nonferrous metals;
  • Classify nonferrous and establish the type of material;
  • Weighed the material;
  • Operate the forklift;
  • Perform daily maintenance;
  • Carry out general maintenance of the premises;
  • Maintain goods and equipment in good condition;
  • Clean your work space at the end of the shift;
  • Data entry into the system;
  • Provide excellent customer service;
  • Assist with torch cutting as needed;
  • Prepare shipments and receipt of materials;
  • Wear personal protective equipment.

Qualifications

  • Experience operating a forklift (an asset);
  • Experience in metal recycling (an asset);
  • Knowledge of metals (an asset).

Additional Information

  • Fulltime position;

Schedule 44 hours per week;

Monday to friday 8H00-17H00;:


  • Possibility of additional time;
  • Overtime paid at time and a half after 44:00.
