HIRING:
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/REPORT WRITER
The Ottawa Institute of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (OICBT) is looking for Administrative Assistants (part-time).

Main duties include, among others, interacting with clients, scheduling appointments, client file management, billing, document production, taking part in multidisciplinary meetings, as well as report writing duties.

Required Qualifications

Completion of, or currently completing, a recognized postsecondary certificate program in Office Administration or an undergraduate degree
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal abilities
Experience with relevant electronic platforms (e.g., EMR systems, outcome measurement) and strong capacity to develop expertise with new electronic platforms
Ability to work independently and with members of an multidisciplinary team
Strong communication (written, verbal, technology)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Have a strong interest in the health care field

The OICBT is a private practice clinic that was founded in 2009. Our goal is to meet the needs of our clients by offering individual, group, and home
