What we're looking for
Kobo thrives on data driven experiences and decision making; the Director of Data Science and Analytics is responsible for generating value from Kobo's evergrowing store of customer, catalog, and 3rd party data.
Kobo is looking for a strong leader to manage a team of developers, analysts, and data scientists to drive experiences for the millions of customers using our website, apps, and eink reading devices, and to further our mission.
In this role, you'll be working closely with leaders in our marketing, product, and technology organizations to evolve our product and marketing strategies, and to ensure they have flexible and powerful access to business intelligence data to lead their organizations.
What you get to do Lead and build the Data Science, Analytics, and Reporting teams Inform our technology direction and partner with the architects to mould the evolution of our data platform Plan, manage, and communicate ongoing roadmaps for initiatives, experiments, and key projects The Skillset:
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical delivery
