Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Housekeeper for a private household. This jobs is permanent full-time. 40 hours/week, Wednesday through Sunday, 10am to 6pm, or 11am to 7pm. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, wash, wax and polish floors
Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
Make beds, change sheets and distribute clean towels and toiletries
Tide up rooms
Stock linen closets and other supplies' areas
Sort, wash, load, and unload laundry
Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
Pick up debris and empty trash containers
Wash windows, walls and ceilings.

- clean decks, patios and yard of the house

Assistance with meal preparation and clean up as required
Care for pets in the household
Care for plants
Other duties as needed by the employer

Qualifications:

Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques and best practices
Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes
Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and organization
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
Reliablility with good work ethics
Integrity and honesty
Comfortable working with cats
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset
The ability to prepare and cook meals is a strong asset
