Duties and Responsibilities:


Qualifications:


The incumbent must possess the following qualifications:

  • Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in both independent and teamoriented in a fastpaced environment to achieve goals and deadlines.
  • English language fluency is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of the School's and University's structure, procedures, policies and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills; must have the ability to organize work effectively in a fastpaced office environment, set priorities and meet strict deadlines with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to act with discretion, tact and diplomacy when dealing with staff, faculty members/contract instructors, students and the external community/partners.
  • Must have demonstrated excellence with time management skills; must have the ability to simultaneously work on several assignments with pressures of multiple demands, interruptions and changing priorities.

Education and Experience:

The above is normally acquired through the completion of:

  • Completion of an honours University degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Equivalencies may be considered.
  • A minimum of three years professional work experience as a business or data analyst, preferably with knowledge in a postsecondary/education environment.
