Chow Tai Fook Fairview Mall is looking for Greeter.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and provide a warm welcome upon their arrival
  • Assist customers with any inquiries or requests they may have
  • Directing guests to the appropriate areas
  • Managing guest queues and ensuring smooth flow or traffic
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the entry area, including tidying up and replenishing supplies as needed
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt and efficient service to customers

Requirements:


  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Friendly and welcoming Demeanor with positive attitude and ability to greet guests
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
  • Sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Problem solving skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
