Who You'll Work With
The Customer Success Representative will be interfacing with customers on a regular basis, as well as provide administrative support for account managers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Data entry (setting up new clients, population updates, terminations, activity tracking)
- Running Reports and reviewing for accuracy
- Responding to customer and broker requests
- Preparing contracts
- Internal liaising to ensure project completion
- Support account management team with client administration
What You Need to Be Successful
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Previous experience with working in a remote environment
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite in a professional setting
- Fluency in both French and English is a requirement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong technical skills
