The Operator will receive unload and prepare load liquid and dry chemical products from/to trucks tankers railcars physical attention detail involved maneuver connect disconnect transfer hoses climb tanks tankers railcars open close top hatches monitor load inspect tanks before after loading unloading operations verify product against receiving shipping documents noting reporting discrepancies damages product sampling quality control lab personnel maintain accurate logs record amounts received distributed computer program picking staging product delivery specifications customer orders other instructions operate powered manual industrial lift trucks transport product warehouse maintain daily checklist move raw materials production area finished products warehouse ability lift carry bags pails boxes pallets varying distances stage remove packaging storage racking operating areas warehouses repackage proper containers storage shipment work physical requires attention detail fill cylinders drums totes pails tankers product route prescribed locations proper labelling storing stacking palletizing according company regulatory requirements operate electronic scale process devices carefully store hazardous waste drums prescribed area full compliance regulations examine stored report deterioration damage rearrange materials assist counting physical inventory general maintenance ensure warehouse clean accessible safe visitors workers spills occur responsible immediate reporting cleanup protect property theft damage mixing blending manufacturing operate manage process equipment produce blended diluted manufactured final products safe efficient manner ensure final specification process data testing techniques monitor operations throughout duration use equipment scrubbers ventilation bonding grounding etc.
