Managing and continuing to improve the expenses process within Stanley/Stella: purchase orders and expense notes verification, approval and recording, payment scheduling and monitoring.

Recording, follow-up and reconciliation with balance sheet of the following accounting entries (non-exhaustive): invoices and credit notes to be received/issued, accrued and deferred charges, ...

Payroll recording, controlling and reconciliation for all locations of Stanley/Stella
Preparing analyses of accounts and working closely with Controlling to produce monthly reports
Maintaining accounting ledgers and assisting in monthly closing
Performing vendor and bank reconciliations
Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls & analysis
You have a bachelor degree in Accounting
You speak English and French fluently
You have excellent command of accounting systems and MS Office 365 (Excel, PP, Word...)
