- Answering inquiries from internal and external customers
- Verifying department receipts and entry into accounting system
- Filing, processing of in-coming and out-going mail and telephone-answering service for the Accounts Receivable department is an integral part of the job. Required Qualifications
- Business related post-secondary education, plus two years' experience in a related field; a combination of education and experience may be considered
- Accuracy, good organizational skills, meeting deadlines and problem solving skills are important to this position
- Computer experience in an integrated ERP, combined with a strong working knowledge of MS Office suites is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service background
- Ability to work well under time-constraints and stressful situations in a fast paced, customer focused environment
