    We are proactively looking to hire a Salesforce Architect who will play a key role in designing and coordinating the implementation of scalable and robust Salesforce solutions to streamline business processes, enhance customer experience, and optimize overall performance.

    Your future duties and responsibilities

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.
    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions while ensuring alignment to best practices and industry standards.
    • Architect and configure Salesforce components, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, validation rules, custom formula fields, and other declarative features.
    • Design and implement custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other advanced Salesforce customizations.
    • Develop and run Salesforce integrations with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce development teams, guiding them in the successful delivery of projects.
    • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and other stakeholders to maintain data integrity and security in Salesforce.
    • Stay on top of new Salesforce features, enhancements, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
    • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce, ensuring high system availability and performance.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive user documentation for Salesforce solutions and integrations.
    • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities related to Salesforce projects.
    Required qualifications to be successful in this role

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated experience (5 15 years) as a Salesforce Architect, with a consistent track record of successful Salesforce implementations and integrations.
    • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect credentials are highly desirable.
    • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities.
    • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools and technologies.
    • Solid grasp of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
    • Experience in integrating Salesforce with third party systems, middleware, and APIs.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively guide and mentor development teams.
    • Superb communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information to non technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective technical solutions within Salesforce.
    • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
