We're looking for an experienced full time
Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing team You will sell & deliver finance/insurance programs to our customers while maintaining customer-focused relationships to achieve repeat business by regularly exceeding expectations.

As Finance Manager, you will provide financial service solutions by accessing customers' network of lenders/financial institutions.

Your Day to Day:

Meet/excel sales goals by selling extended products
Maintain knowledge of provincial regulations regarding finance & fair credit reporting act
Seek out new lender relationships & work with current lenders to secure the best interest rates for our customers
Maintain a lender guide of programs currently in use & obtain working knowledge of them
Analyze credit reports, recognize conventional deals, & turn over accordingly

What You Bring to the Table:

Minimum 1 years automotive Financial Services Manager (FSM) experience required
Experience & relationship with financial institutions/other lenders
Ability to understand/calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates, percentages, & commission etc.
OMVIC certified
A valid driver's license & safe driving history is required
