Job description
We are a fast-growing custom packaging company specializing in food packaging solutions across the U.S.We work with independent shops, multi-location brands, and national chains. We're scaling aggressively and building a serious outbound sales machine.
If you love dialing, qualifying, and setting up deals — this is for you.
What You'll Do
Cold call ice cream shops, dessert brands, and food businesses across the U.S.
Speak directly with owners and decision-makers
Qualify prospects (custom vs stock cups, monthly usage, current supplier)
Set appointments for our sales team OR close deals yourself (if experienced)
Log all activity in CRM
Follow up consistently with leads
You will be calling real business owners — not random consumers.
Revenue share on accounts you bring in
Opportunity to grow into full-time Account Executive role
Top performers can earn very high monthly commissions.
What We're Looking For
Strong English speaking skills
Confident on the phone
Not afraid of rejection
Organized and consistent
Sales or cold-calling experience preferred
Experience calling restaurants or small businesses is a huge plus
Bonus if:
You've sold marketing services, SaaS, or B2B products before
You understand packaging or food service
Ideal Candidate

Know how to handle gatekeepers
Know how to ask qualifying questions
Can stick to a script but sound natural
