Our Certified Arborists, technical and maintenance teams, cultivate and manicure every garden according to its specific health requirements across all four seasons.


Position overview:
(Commercial Landscape Maintenance)


Reporting to the Landscape Maintenance and Training Manager, the Landscape Gardener Team Lead is responsible to ensure a smooth and coherent service delivery across multiple locations in the Vancouver Area.


DL:

Possession of Class 5 or 7 is required and the ability to drive both manual and automatic gears as well as a trailer is a strong asset.


Assignment:
February 12th -December 12th 2024


Language:
English.


Experience:


  • Commercial Horticultural services (Landscaping and Maintenance).
  • Preemptive & Responsive garden health care and maintenance.
  • Leading and managing a team.
  • Logistics management.
  • MS Office, CRM, and project management software.

Training and Development

  • Training and Development is provided.

Responsibilities:


  • Managing equipment, truck, inventory, maintenance, and organization.
  • Working towards set KPI's and OKR's.
  • Leading and adhering to OHS training.
  • Leading and upholding policies and programs.
  • Conducting site services according to schedule and quality assurance standards.
  • Maintaining operational records and reporting.
  • Managing daily and weekly team operations.
  • Executing assignments according to the service requirements and specifications.
  • Participating, supporting and leading teams training and development.
  • Complying with ongoing quality assurance processes and policies.
  • Collaborating with senior management in Horticultural and Design consulting projects.

Company vehicle is provided for all work assignments and projects.

From $25.00 per hour
