Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop, oversee, and ensure sales targets are met to reach business objectives.
• Maintain and/or change the sales department structure as required.
• Maintain relationships with key stake holders in the industry and develop new clients.
• Effectively negotiate and sell our service while delivering industry leading customer service.
• Develop a teachable and repeatable customer service approach.
• Perform presentations at exhibitions or client facilities to engage and drive business.
• Conduct sales procedure audits, analysis, and produce sales reports to keep key stake holders informed.
• Identify and communicate KPIs and OKRs internally and externally.
• Demonstrate continuous growth within the sales department.
• Develop sales material as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
• Minumum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager.
• Ability to travel within GTA as required.
• Proficient with productivity software tools.

Compensation

• Competative Salary

Salary:
$60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
