Responsibilities:
- Develop, oversee, and ensure sales targets are met to reach business objectives.
- Maintain and/or change the sales department structure as required.
- Maintain relationships with key stake holders in the industry and develop new clients.
- Effectively negotiate and sell our service while delivering industry leading customer service.
- Develop a teachable and repeatable customer service approach.
- Perform presentations at exhibitions or client facilities to engage and drive business.
- Conduct sales procedure audits, analysis, and produce sales reports to keep key stake holders informed.
- Identify and communicate KPIs and OKRs internally and externally.
- Demonstrate continuous growth within the sales department.
- Develop sales material as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Minumum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager.
- Ability to travel within GTA as required.
- Proficient with productivity software tools.

Salary:
$60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
