Description

Island Construction & Environmental is seeking an experienced handyperson looking for a full-time position to perform preconstruction/renovation duties as well as some finishing duties on jobs throughout Nova Scotia.


Duties include, but not limited to:

tile removal and drywall repair, removal of vinyl wall coverings then drywall repair for new covering install, removal and install of cabinets, ceiling tile replacement, removal of bathroom fixtures and fresh painting.

Other Handyman duties as required. This is a full-time position within the company, not contract work. The company will provide you will the necessary safety training. Traveling expenses paid for locations once daily travel is unreasonable, hotel and transportation, and a daily meal per-diem. Experience with general interior work such as demolition, plastering & painting is required.

Salary:
$25.00-$27.00 per hour
