Description and Requirements

• Represent a significant pet brand.
• Flexible hours and workdays.
• Engage with pets and their owners in-store and at events.

• Maintain product displays on shelves and set up POS materials to assist pet owners in finding what they need.
• Establish and nurture relationships with store staff, management, and pet owners.
• Provide store staff with pet health, nutrition, and product details to boost recommendations and sales.
• Enhance brand recognition by actively engaging with pet owners and their pets in-store and at events.
• Educate customers on pet health, nutrition, and offer personalized product suggestions.
• Conduct demonstrations or set up displays as needed.
• Utilize provided materials from the brand to engage staff and pet owners.
• Support special projects as required.

• Show genuine care and enthusiasm for pets, pet health, and nutrition.
• Have reliable transport to travel between multiple stores in your area.

• Access to a smart device for reporting.
• Prior experience with pets is a plus but not mandatory.
• Background in the pet field (RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc) is desirable but not obligatory.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.
