The HR Technology Advisor role is primarily accountable for managing HR technology product roadmap, ensuring all roadmap items (enhancements, fixes, and cyclical updates).

This role will also drive resource plan for all activities in technology they will be driving.

This role will work closely with HR Technology Team and the different HR Centers of Excellence in understanding, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements.

This role will also be accountable for updating and communicating the product roadmap to key stakeholders.

This role will drive impact assessments for any product updates or releases.

Working with the HR Technology Team and vendors, this role will also get feedback from technical incidents and gaps and create a feedback loop to capture those technical gaps in the form of business requirements.


This role will also be involved in testing system fixes, as well as testing future enhancements prior promoting to production.


Key Accountabilities

  • Drive prioritization of HR technology product roadmap to ensure business priorities are reflected into the features and backlog items identified in the roadmap
  • Maintain technical documentations, including but not limited to: Business Requirements Documentation, Test Plan, Configuration Workbooks, Change Logs, Decision Logs, RAID Logs
  • Perform process analysis to understand current state and facilitate artofthepossible workshops to define product future state
  • Perform system audits and monitors recurring issues that should be addressed through product enhancements
  • Work within People Operations, Business HR and other HR customeroriented teams to promote the use of HR technologies and gather feedback on the user experience
  • Research and keep uptodate on HR technology best practices and systemrelated enhancements, updating processes, tools etc. as necessary
  • Promote a knowledge sharing culture within HR by collaborating across HR teams on HR technology trends

Selection Criteria Competencies

  • Experience in product management and/or business analysis
  • Strong knowledge on HRIS preferably SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
  • Able to facilitate process mapping workshops and conduct process gap analysis
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and project management skills
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes
