Who are we looking for?

You are an experienced and multi-skilled tradesperson with a unique mix of technical expertise. You have a strong work ethic, Good attitude, and are willing and able to manage a variety of handyman tasks


Job Description:

• Your position as a customer care handyman will be to carry out and complete minor deficiency repairs on new homes and condo units
• You will be required to carry out the task at hand by the coordinators request, take pictures and keep track of the work you have completed
• You will ensure high quality work is delivered wherever we are working.

Position Responsibilities:

• Work on required tasks until completion
• Make sure jobsite is always clean and safe
• Communicate with project coordinator as required

Qualifications:

• Own basic hand and power tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Valid G driver's license and own vehicle an asset

Working Conditions:

• Hours: Monday
• Friday, 8 hour shifts
• Salary: $28$32/hour, based on experience

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

• Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
