Job summary
We are looking for a key resource in achieving the objectives of our Global Investment Office (GIO) leadership team.
The successful candidate will have administrative management, business support, and general communications responsibilities,
as well as overseeing the day–to–day administrative activities of the GIO.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the three GIO leaders;
- Provide comprehensive executive support by managing calendars and schedules,
coordinating travel and expenses,
and organizing all activities required to support ongoing priorities;monitor departmental expenses;
& ensure version control
& timely distribution;& overseeing logistics for meetings
& events;& collect/manage inputs,& ensuring efficient preparation
& timely delivery of GIO materials/presentations;</li>Leverage data/generate reports,/assist creation dashboards.</li>+
