• Perform daily accounting tasks, including data entry, account reconciliation, and financial record keeping
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with monthend and yearend closing processes
• Prepare financial reports and statements for review by management
• Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records using accounting software such as Sage
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations
• Assist with payroll processing
• Support the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage
• Experience with payroll processing
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in math and comfortable working with numbers

Note:
Prior experience in an accounting role is preferred. A degree in accounting or a related field is a plus.


Salary:
$57,200.00-$62,400.00 per year
